Annual accountsThe Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers was incorporated in April 2002. Prior to this period, it had operated as an unincorporated association. The Child Soldiers Coalition Educational and Research Trust was incorporated in June 2002, to undertake those aspects of the Coalition's work that were charitable under UK law, and is a registered charity. Following changes to UK charity law the Coalition is now able to carry out all its activities within the charitable company. Therefore, with effect from 1 April 2008, the Coalition operates as one charitable organization using the name Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soliders.
